Performance Mode
Performance Mode is the stage view: fullscreen, high-contrast, and 100% offline - it never touches the network once your charts are on the device. Enter it with F5 from Chart View or a Setlist Detail screen; Esc or F5 again takes you back.
Tap either edge of the screen to turn the page (or the previous/next song at the top or bottom of one); tap the center to toggle clean stage, which hides every control and leaves only the chart. Everything else below has its own key - see Keyboard shortcuts for the full list.
Autoscroll
Press A to start or stop autoscroll; the speed keys nudge it slower or faster while it runs. Speed is per-song and remembered the next time you perform that chart, so a ballad and a set-closer keep their own pace. Autoscroll pauses itself the moment you touch the screen or turn a page by hand, so a stumble never fights you for control - press A again when you're ready to resume.
Setlist sidebar
Performing from a setlist opens a collapsible sidebar listing the rest of the set, so the band can see what's coming without leaving the chart. It only offers itself when the window is wide enough to keep the chart itself readable - on a phone, or a narrow window, it stays off. Jump to any song in the sidebar directly instead of paging through everything between here and there.
Paper Stage
Dark themes default the stage to black-background, white-text, tuned for a dark room and sunlight/spotlight wash; light themes default it to a paper-like white background instead. For an outdoor or daylight gig where the default doesn't match, press P (or tap the sun/moon icon next to the setlist toggle) to flip it: white background, near-black text, same idea as sheet music on a stand. It's a per-device choice, not a theme - your bandmates can each choose independently, and it only affects Performance Mode. The first time you press P, your choice is remembered from then on, on that device, even if you later switch themes.
Pedal support
Any Bluetooth page-turner pedal (AirTurn, PageFlip, Donner, and most others) works with Performance Mode out of the box - set the pedal to its arrow-key or PageUp/PageDown mode and it turns pages, no pairing wizard or in-app setup. A configurable pedal can also be mapped to drive autoscroll instead. Full device notes and mapping details live on Page Turners - this page won't repeat them.
